Put 3~ (not 4) next to each teacher you have underneath the appropriate period.Period 5 isn't in the table because everyone has lunch! If you have an Encore class, you can put "Q1", "Q2", "Q3", "Q4" next to your name. If you have some classes only on certain days, you can add "M/W" or "T/R". Don't forget to push "Enter" before typing your ~s so that your name appears under someone else's rather than next to it. - TmbrWlvsTchr Aug 6, 2009
P.S. *TIP: Type in your 3~ once, Normal (not as "Heading 6"), shrink it to 70% so it fits in the chart without screwing stuff up, then copy and paste it everywhere else :) It goes much faster that way!
